Water damage comes in many forms!  It can be caused by plumbing issues such as a backed up A/C drain line, an overflowing toilet, a broken dishwasher or washing machine supply line, a cracked pipe within the walls or slab of your property, a defective hot water heater and countless other plumbing issues that could arise.

Of course, water damage could also be storm related. Tornadoes, hurricanes, tropical storms, can all, of course, cause water damage from their excessive winds and rains. A strong wind could knock down tree limbs which could fall on your roof and allow water to get in.
